影片讲述了事业失意的老师蔡万金（井柏然饰），帮助被所有人不看好的学生黄登鱼（庄达菲饰），在高三这一年度过了一段不可复制的珍贵旅程，照亮了彼此的人生，两人都找到了在逆境中坚持的意义，逆风而行。。主人公水野贵弘过去在日本的马上长矛比武中所向披靡，于是为了测试自己的实力而到了国外留学进而参加更多大赛。在一次的大会中意外的受伤而导致败北，而后也从马上长矛比武引退，转修骑士辅助人员。 又到了将近马上长矛大赛的时期，为了培养出优秀的骑士，水野贵弘以辅助员的身份在学校中遇到了形形色色的高贵的大小姐们。 曾经受挫的骑士化作今日的骑士辅佐员，和少女骑士一起去拉开这持久激烈的战斗。。Young female fighter pilots arrive to the frontline. They have different stories and different fates. They are getting older, falling in love and lose their closest ones as well as take their place in the world of men. The air has become their home.
